"Sizing was surprisingly off"
I ordered the same size I’ve gotten before, but uh, it fit completely different this time. The shirts were way too tight and the pants were too long. Frustrating, especially when tall sizes already cost more.

The box arrived kind of banged up, so I was a little worried at first and checked everything carefully. Luckily, the item itself was fine and there didn’t seem to be any damage.

I had a sizing problem and it took a few back-and-forth messages to get anywhere. The frustrating part was that it never felt totally clear who actually owned the issue, so I kind of had to keep nudging things along. Support did eventually sort it out and I got a fair fix in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest or smoothest process.

"Great fit, but sooo often sold out"
I really like their clothes when I can actually get my hands on them. The tall sizes usually fit me well, which is hard to find, but sooo many of the colors and sizes I want are sold out all the time. I’ve checked back a few times and still had no luck. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but the stock situation is kind of annoying. I’d definitely buy more if they kept more stuff available

I ordered a pair of jeans from americantall.com because I really needed the longer inseam, and I figured their tall sizing would be a safe bet. I went with my usual size and length, but right away they felt shorter than what was listed. After washing them, they seemed even more off, which was frustrating since that was the main reason I ordered from there in the first place. The fabric was fine and shipping wasn’t an issue, but the inseam problem felt avoidable and kind of ruined the experience for me. I’m not sure I’d order pants from them again.

"Great fit, but the shipping adds up"
I’ve had a good experience with American Tall overall. Their shirts and pants usually fit me way better than what I can find in regular stores, so I do like shopping there. The only thing that gets me is the shipping cost. It feels a little high, especially if I’m just ordering one item. I end up waiting for a sale or adding more to my cart than I planned, which is kind of annoying. Has anyone else run into the same issue with the shipping?

I ordered a couple of shirts, and I’ll give credit where it’s due: the length is actually really good, which is hard to find. But the overall fit was kind of boxy on me, and the sleeves just didn’t sit right. They’re not terrible shirts, but for the price and the way they’re presented, I expected a better fit. I think the brand should be more upfront about the cut or take the feedback seriously, because the sizing feels like it needs some tweaking.

I ordered the tall tee in charcoal, but in person it looked more like a blue-gray than what I was expecting. The fit was solid and shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. I’ve bought charcoal tees from a few other places and this one definitely looks lighter/cooler compared to most of them. Not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying that the site photos didn’t match the actual color better.

The clothes themselves are totally fine, but the delivery was kind of a mess. My order had one estimated date at first, then it kept changing, and I didn’t really get any clear updates. I had to keep checking the tracking myself to figure out what was going on. It did finally show up, but almost two weeks later than I expected. For the price, I thought the shipping would be smoother. Not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Finally, Tall Clothes That Don’t Look Ridiculous"
I’ve ordered from American Tall a few times now, i’m way more excited about it than I expected to be. Their clothes aren’t just boring tall basics that look like they were designed in a panic. They actually have styles I’d wear out. The designs are clean and modern without trying too hard, the shirts fit nicely, and the pants don’t do that weird baggy thing that makes you look like you gave up on life. Finding clothes that fit longer arms and legs and still look normal feels like a small miracle. Shopping is so much less annoying now, I could practically cry.

"Actually worth it for tall sizes"
I’ve picked up a few shirts and joggers from American Tall, i’ve been happy with them. As someone who usually struggles to find tall clothes that don’t fit weird or cost way too much, these have been a nice surprise. The fit is good, the material doesn’t feel cheap, and shipping was totally fine. For the price, I think it’s solid value, and I’d definitely order again.
